The kit comes with suggested uses for how to use the oils and also a CD from doTERRA’s Medical Advisor, Dr. David K. Hill. Dr. Hill will teach you how to take care of your family’s daily health needs. He provides simple methods for how to use the oils whether it be topical, internal, or diffused.
