Vetiver Essential Oil

Vetiver has many properties and is loved for its exotic and rich aroma. It is used in perfumes as a simple base with its earthy scent. It is a wonderful oils as it complements other properties. Vetiver offers many other therapeutic properties such as anti-oxidation and work great for stress relieving.

Historical Oil Uses: Vetiver roots were used as perfume.

Possible Essential Oil Uses: Vetiver essential oil can help with anorexia, breasts (enlargement), acne, anxiety, depression, cuts, insomnia, arthritis, muscular rheumatism, skin care, stress, nervousness, and also sprains.

Application:

• Topically – It can be used topically on the skin
• Internally – Vetiver oil can be taken internally with a gel capsules or directly with food or beverage.
• Aromatically – Works great as it is diffused for calming and also stimulating
